We’re excited to announce that Michael Newcity, Chief Innovation Officer of ArcBest Corporation and President of ArcBest Technologies, has joined Phantom Auto's Board of Directors.
Michael has over 26 years of experience working in logistics, supply chain, and technology development —most prominently at ArcBest, a multi-billion dollar freight and logistics operator with over 14,000 employees. Michael received an MBA from Sam M. Walton College of Business and an undergraduate degree from The University of Arkansas. He started his career in logistics in 1995 with his first position at a trucking and storage company.
The appointment comes on the heels of a strategic investment by ArcBest in Phantom and a commercial agreement to roll out thousands of remote-operated forklifts over the coming years.
We are looking forward to working with Michael to deepen our expertise and footprint in the logistics and supply chain industry. Welcome to the team, Michael!
